Employees don’t leave companies, they leave managers. Having a bad manager makes the employees feel miserable and that misery follows them home. And for that reason, it is important for organizations to empower and cultivate change agents who are able to influence the performance and productivity of others to drive morale and motivation. This helps in staff retention, satisfaction and happiness. With all these in place, it encourages conflict and problem resolution.
Programme Objectives

APPLIED NLP IN LEADERSHIP AND PEOPLE MANAGEMENT is designed to inspire, illustrate and ignite important key strategies and tools to enhance leadership, influence and people management. By the end of the programme, participants will be able to:

1. Perform at peak and best performance by boosting self confidence, commitment and motivation at workplace.

Equip with practical psychological techniques in persuasion to establish rapport and connection with stakeholders.

Lead and motivate self and others so that they will be able to perform at their best and understand the diversity of different individuals.

My biggest realization during Wesley’s session was values would change over time in different stages. Instead of resisting change, embrace it. The Social Styles Profiling enables me to know the nature of people in order to find the appropriate way to better work well with them. The session was fun and a breakthrough for me as I never did “board breaking” before. Never know that I could actually do it!
