Influence is the ability to persuade others to act, behave or believe something. It has got nothing to do with gimmicks, over promise and under deliver- it’s about the genuine ability of the salesperson to first believe in his or her idea and then expressing out to others on the benefits. A great influencer is someone who knows how to assert positive influence and impression with stakeholders. A great influencer understands how to work with different kinds of individuals and displays empathy by exercising active listening. A great influencer maintains and protects your organization’s brand, while facilitating growth of your organization’s bottom line.
Programme Objectives

SALES AND PERSUASION WITH NLP is designed to help participants to develop Breakthrough Mindset so that they can battle against uncertainties and adversities; acquire tips and tools in the Emotional Sales Process to guide customers in different phases of relational sales so that they can assert positive influence and impression; equip with Practical Psychological Techniques in selling, active listening for discovery, strategic questioning for objection handling and negotiation tactics. In this training, participants will learn:

2. The Art of Winning People: Utilize verbal and non-verbal persuasion strategies to assert positive influence and impression on prospects, customers and key accounts.
3. The Art of Building Rapport: Acquire tools and techniques on developing the sense of connection with others in order to boost relationship and discover prospect’s needs and wants.
4. Emotional Sales Process: Acquire tools and techniques on Emotional Sales Process (Discovery-Value-Offer-Guide) to address prospect’s key concerns, pain points and expectations.

It was certainly an eye opener. Different approach with a twist of better than expected kind of learning experience.
